Account Deletion Information
At AquaStores, we highly value the privacy and security of our users' personal information. You have the right to permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time through your account settings.
How to Delete Your Account
To permanently delete your AquaStores account, please follow these steps:

Log in to your AquaStores account.

Navigate to My Account.

Open the Business Profile section.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Delete Account button.

Review the confirmation message and confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account.
Once your request is confirmed, your account deletion process will begin. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems or anonymized where applicable:

Your user account.

Full name.
-
Email address.
-
Phone number.
-
Business profile information.
-
Profile photo and other profile details.
-
Facebook login connection (if your account was created or linked using Facebook Login).

Other personal information associated with your account.
Data That May Be Retained
In certain cases, we may retain limited information where required by applicable laws, regulations, or for legitimate business purposes such as security, fraud prevention, auditing, accounting, or compliance with legal obligations. Any retained information will only be used for these purposes and will not be used for advertising or marketing.
Users Who Signed In with Facebook
If you signed in to AquaStores using Facebook Login, you do not need to perform any additional actions on Facebook to delete your AquaStores account.
Simply navigate to My Account → Business Profile → Delete Account and complete the deletion process. Once your account is deleted, all Facebook-related information stored by AquaStores will also be removed from our systems.
Please note that deleting your AquaStores account does not delete your Facebook account. Your Facebook account remains managed by Meta and can only be deleted through Facebook.

Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access it, and your personal data may not be recoverable. We recommend ensuring that you have saved any information you may need before proceeding with account deletion.
