This Subscription and Refund Policy applies to paid services offered by AquaStore, including subscriptions, promotional tools, advertising services, listing upgrades, RFQ or tender related paid features and other paid digital services.

AquaStore may offer paid promotional services including, without limitation:
Promotional services are intended to increase visibility only. They do not guarantee leads, inquiries, RFQs, tenders, contracts, sales, revenue, impressions, clicks, conversions, ranking position or business results.
Users agree to pay all applicable subscription, advertising, promotional or service fees.
Payments may be processed through approved third party payment providers.
AquaStore may suspend, restrict, downgrade or terminate paid services if payment fails, is reversed, disputed, delayed or not completed.
Users are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees or payment provider fees applicable to their purchase.
Subscription plans may be billed monthly, annually or according to the billing cycle displayed at purchase.
If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users are responsible for managing cancellation before renewal.
Users may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation process available on the platform or by contacting AquaStore.
Cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the unused part of the billing period unless required by law or expressly approved by AquaStore.
Payments for subscriptions, promoted listings, Boost Listings, Pin Listings, VIP Listings, banner advertising, RFQ participation, tender participation, listing upgrades, digital promotional services and other paid platform services are generally non refundable once the service has started, been activated, displayed, used, delivered or made available.
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases such as:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
AquaStore may request proof of payment and account details before reviewing a refund request.
Lack of inquiries, leads, RFQs, tenders, project awards, contracts, sales, revenue, impressions, clicks, ranking position, conversion rate or business results shall not be a basis for refund.
Paid services provide access, visibility, placement or platform features only. AquaStore does not guarantee commercial outcomes.
AquaStore may offer free trials, promotional periods, discounted access or temporary offers.
Trial or promotional terms may vary and may be changed, withdrawn or discontinued at AquaStore's discretion.
After a free or promotional period ends, standard subscription or service fees may apply if the user continues using paid services.
Users may be allowed to upgrade or downgrade plans depending on platform functionality and billing rules.
Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle. Downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Feature access may change after downgrade or cancellation.
If a payment fails, is reversed, charged back or disputed, AquaStore may:
Chargebacks made without first contacting AquaStore may result in account restriction or termination.
AquaStore may change pricing, plans and paid features from time to time.
Pricing changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the user.
Existing paid periods will generally not be affected until renewal or a new purchase.
